• Paid Features

  Paid Features can only run on "Total Control Professional". That is, you can choose to buy "Total Control Professional" or "Total Control Professional + Paid Features".

• Multi-device Control (10/20/30/50/70/100)

  We have several configuration for you to choose. The limit for Professional is 4 devices. For Total Control 8 or later, the Lite versions support 2 devices, for Total Control 7 or earlier, the lite versions support 4 devices.

• Upgrade

  For multi-device control, with Stripe payment, you can upgrade to higher number of devices at any time, the subscription fee is calculated based on un-used time of professional. Assuming you have Professional + MDC-10 for 3 months (90 days), upgrade to MDC-30, the upgrade subscription fee calculation:

• Payment Method

  Payment could not be completed?
  Your payment could not be completed, possibly due to an issue with 3D Secure (also known as two-factor authentication) or because the transaction was blocked by our security system. These measures are used to prevent unauthorized use of payment methods.
  If you are an existing customer for longer than 3 months and experienced problems with 3D Secure or were unexpectedly blocked, please contact our support team at support@sigma-rt.com. We can assist you in bypassing 3D Secure, help unblock your transaction, or offer alternative payment options — including bank wire transfer.

  Expiration time is one year from the time you purchase "Total Control Professional".
