At Sigma Resources & Technologies, Inc., we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our software products, Total Control. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 72-hour no-questions-asked refund policy for both products, subject to the terms outlined below.

- Once a refund is processed, access to Total Control or TC Games will be revoked.
- If you purchased a subscription, the refund will cancel any future billing.
- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
