At Sigma Resources & Technologies, Inc., we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our software products, Total Control. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 72-hour no-questions-asked refund policy for both products, subject to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refunds

  • Time Frame:

    You may request a refund within 72 hours of your purchase.

  • No Questions Asked:

    Refunds will be processed without requiring an explanation, as long as the request is made within the eligible period.

  • Payment Method:

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Non-Eligible Cases:

    • Refund requests made after 72 hours from the purchase date.
    • If the purchase was made through a third-party reseller, their refund policy will apply.
    • Customers who have previously requested multiple refunds may be subject to review for potential abuse of the policy.

  • Once a refund is processed, access to Total Control or TC Games will be revoked.
  • If you purchased a subscription, the refund will cancel any future billing.
  • Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
