- Sigma has provided a fortnight training and consultation for some large domestic firewall vendor. It provided a complete assessment report and detailed improvement proposal on the basis of through review of customer test and product quality assurance system. The customer’s product failure rate at the client end declined from 1% per thousand devices to 0.5% after they improved their test system according to Sigma report.
