Tan Ting Chuan, CEO & President, co-founder
Ting Tan was director of the Test Technologies organization in NetScreen/Juniper. In the past 7 years, he has actively lead and been involved in various security product projects. He has made significant contributions to the success of Netscreen. He formed and lead a testing team, starting with 2 engineers and growing to more than 100 engineers and contractors across 3 countries(US , India and China) . He was also one of key contributors in establishing and designing an automation testing infrastructure for NetScreen. He possesses extensive experience in QA strategies and processes, design and development of automation systems. Prior to join Netscreen/Juniper, Ting was a senior engineer in Cisco for 5 1/2 years where he played a significant role in Cisco automation tools. Further, Ting worked on enhancing IOS software. Prior to Cisco, Ting was an engineer in Sun Microsystems; his major contributions in Sun were X-Windows automation and Solaris testing. Ting holds a patent (6,549,882), obtained while he worked in Cisco.

Jia-Ru Li, Vice President of Technology
Dr Li has years of experience in wireless technologies. He was the software architect, project lead, and software engineer at Extreme Networks and Cisco Systems. He has been the Voting Member for both 802.11 WLAN and 802.16 Wimax for several years. He actively participates in the standard body in defining next generation wireless architecture. He is also on the program committee and reviewer of premier networking conference such as TMC'06, ICC'03, MobiCom'02, JNSM'01, TON'00, INFOCOMM'99, and SIGCOMM'98.

Dr Li receives his Ph.D. degree from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, Electrical and Computer Engineering Dept. He published more than twenty technical papers in conferences and journals and authored more than six patents. He is the recipient of the Van Valkenburg Research Award for demonstrated excellence in research in 2000, the CIC Award for Excellent Chip Design from National Chip Implementation Center, Taiwan in 1994, and the Research Creativity Award for Outstanding Thesis from National Science Council, Taiwan in 1993.

GuangSong Huang , Director of Software Development, co-founder, China R&D
GuangSong Huang was senior manager of engineering group in NetScreen/Juniper. He established and leaded a development team in Juniper China R&D center to focus on ScreenOS security product development. In the past 7 years, he played a key role in multiple high-end security products development, including the industry's first Gigabit high performance ASIC-based firewall and VPN security system. He possesses extensive experience in computer network programming, design and implementation of embedded systems. Prior to join Netscreen/Juniper, he spent 13 years experience in various startup companies. That work included ISDN development, and application for various vertical markets.

Kui Seng Soon, Director of Software Development, co-founder, US R&D
Kui Seng Soon was test and development tools manager in NetScreen/Juniper. During his 5 1/2 years tenure there, he was a key contributor in designing and implementing Netscreen Test Automated Systems. Further, he created simulator testing tools; integrated bug tracking system with various CM tools to improved both test and development efficiencies. Kui Seng possesses strong test automation and Unix skills. With his leadership, the automation coverage at Netscreen/Juniper increased significantly and was widely used by both development and testing teams. Prior to join Netscreen, he had 6 years experiences working in various companies on developing Unicode-based multilingual software product design in Microsoft Windows and in-house client server application using Netware client and NLM SDK.

Liang Gao, Director of Sigma Professional Service Group
Liang has over 9 years experience on network based equipment based testing. Prior to join Sigma, he was the testing manager at Cisco System. During his 6 years at Cisco System, he took various testing roles in Cisco’s IOS testing department and also a key contributor for protocol vulnerability testing on Cisco product lines including GSR, 7200VXR, 3641,2651XM, Cat4k etc, and has developed a systematic approach on protocol vulnerability testing, with traceable record of finding major vulnerability bugs on various Cisco product lines. He received Cisco’s company wide annually RSA (Reliability, Serviceability, and Availability) Award in consecutive 2 years. Liang has 2 Master degrees, one for Control System Engineering at Harbin Institute of Technology, China, one for Computer Networks from University of Southern California.
