For the USB connection method, please select "Device File Management (MTP)." Do not select "Charge Only"
When the phone is connected to the computer via USB, and the “charge only” mode is selected, it will not connect properly. The mode should be changed to "Device File Management (MTP).” If your phone does not have this option, you can choose "Manage Files" or "View Photos.”
Confirm that “USB only” is displayed under “USB Connected” in the drop-down notification bar. If it is, click “Manage Files” or “View Photos” to connect to the computer.
