Software prompt "driver installation failed"
The cause of the problem may be:
- The driver installer is blocked by the system.
- Some phones only charge and cannot be connected.
Solution:
- Re-plug the phone. Pay attention to the installation driver prompt box that pops up, and click Trust.
- Change the phone usb configuration from "charging only" to mtp (file management).
